Will edited photos get me in trouble with the platform?
Listing platforms expect photos to show the space accurately. That is exactly why we never change furniture, room size or views. We only improve light, straighten lines and remove temporary clutter. Sky replacements are optional and labeled.
What do I need to send?
Your listing link is enough for the free sample. For a full refresh, send 15–20 phone photos, one per room plus the view, pool and entrance.
How should I take the photos?
A few minutes of preparation makes a big difference:
- Shoot in daylight with lamps on and curtains open
- Stand in a corner of the room, not in the doorway
- Hold the phone horizontally at chest height and keep it level
- Use the 0.5× wide lens if your phone has one
- Make the bed and put personal items out of sight
What if I don't like an edit?
Every Listing Refresh includes one round of revisions. Tell us which photos to adjust and we'll send new versions.
How do I pay?
After you approve your free sample, we send an invoice. You pay only for the package you choose.
Are the properties on this page real?
No. They are concept projects built to show our process. We will replace them with real client work, shown only with each owner's permission.
